About our staff
The present manager of Bush has worked in care for the past 15 years in residential settings. Staff are selected for their qualities of reliability, integrity, skill, friendliness and professionalism. We have 3 wakeful care staff on duty at night, 5 care staff on duty in the morning, 5 in the afternoon and 4 in the evening. By training staff so that we can work as a team we achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients as well as helping staff members achieve their own goals.
